Shipping policy
Items that are available will be processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. For pre-made artwork, items will be shipped upon completion. For all items you will receive an email when your order has shipped or when it is ready for pickup.
Shipping carrier: I typically ship via UPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. I am not responsible for carrier delays.
Local pickup is available for those within 10 mile radius. Fulfillment time for local pickup of items that are available or made-to-order is 3 business days. Pickup days are Tuesdays and Saturdays.
International Shipping
At this time, I do not ship internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at therapeuticxpressionsllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All artwork sales are final. All other items may be returned in its original condition within 14 days.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at therapeuticxpressionsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will do my best to find a resolution for your issue.
