30% Reservation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any item in the collection. Once you express interest in a specific villain, you will receive a Shopify invoice for the deposit amount. This deposit secures the piece exclusively for you, covers initial materials, and removes the item from the public gallery. The remaining 70% balance, plus shipping (if required), will be invoiced upon completion of the piece. Once the final invoice is settled, your original will be securely packed and shipped with tracking.

Artist Guarantee: If for any reason I am unable to complete a piece, a 100% refund (including the deposit) will be issued immediately.

Deposits are valid only for the specific character reserved and cannot be transferred to other items in the shop.
